Cafepress is a site where you can make designs for shirts, hoodies, iPhone
cases, mugs, and etc. There are two ways you can sell these items. The first
way is making the shirt, or iPhone case whatever the item is, and buying them
to sell them on your own. The next thing you can do, that I did is opening an
online store through cafepress for free and selling your items on this online
store. So you can advertise and cafepress also advertises and sells your shirts
as well. The only thing that people may have an issue with that I did not
really care about was when you open an online store with cafepress they charge
like I think 10% if I remembered right, from your monthly earnings. I feel like
that the best deal for me because you have nothing to lose. They charge you
that 10% only if you make money that month, if you do not they will not charge.
So you get a little advertising from them, they sell your items, an online
store and all you have to do is make clothes and advertise your items. As
appose to buying a certain amount of shirts and selling it on your own, the
only benefit from that, is selling those shirts without sharing profit. The
terrible thing is having upfront costs and not even sure if people will buy the
items.
